Bidvest tyre insurance is absolute *******, I’ve been waiting for the claims handler Remon Maharaj to respond since the 20th December 2024, even though there turnaround time to respond is 48 working hours, what’s worse the claims handler is very sly by trying to find loopholes not to refund me on a tyre I replaced since I’ve already paid for the new tyre , furthermore calling the call centre they unwilling to escalate the matter to the manager even though Remon is why behind his SLA.
