Impressed With Bidvest's Response

I wrote a review yesterday indicating that I was very disappointed with Bidvest's follow up after selling me a policy over the phone. It would now appear that this was probably not even a Bidvest product after all. Bidvest Insurance was extremely quick to respond, and have promised to look into the matter. I would therefore like to commend them for their quick response, (I received two phone calls within half an hour), and retract my comments now that I am aware that this probably didn't come from Bidvest Insurance in the first place.
