I’m an idiot for trusting BIDVEST Insurance

When I bought my new car I was convinced to take tyre insurance with Bidvest from the VW dealership biggest mistake ever!!

A few months down I hit a pot hole and it’s time to claim. I have been to tyre wheel and tyre 3 times now because of the being given bits and pieces of information needed.

I have also received an email from someone with a Learner Admin in their signature requesting information I share it - NO REPLY, I follow up Nothing!

Now let’s go to the call centre agents

Agent 1 - Please go get the quote and lists the images I need. Agent 2 - We need a drawing of the car and which tyre it is ( this was also stipulated in all documents event the affidavit I got) Agent 3 - sorry they should’ve been more through but now we need ANOTHER picture of the thread from tiger, wheel and tyre but when you send it stay on the line we will help you.

Today I am typing this while at tiger wheel and tyre - after sending the picture I was put on hold and told we can’t help NOW PER YOUR PREVIOUS DISCUSSION also she says she has other client in the line - so now agents aren’t closing queries professionally they chasing numbers!

This has been the worst experience EVER. Agents not knowing what’s going on, lying to me, then dropping the line to meet targets. It’s the nature of the game I guess!
