I submitted a claim a month ago, and no feedback was provided, I requested multiple follow ups on mail and no response from them

I submitted a claim a month ago, and no feedback was provided, I requested multiple follow ups on mail and no response from them. I tried calling their call centre and the calls just keeps dropping. Their service is pathetic
