I need my refund please

So i bought a car in 2020, and i was not aware that i had a warranty and only found out recently, my car broke and i submitted a claim with Bidvest Insurance warranty, they declined my claim and said the 2 years has lapsed but when i check my VW finance statement they still debit premiums for warranty till today . I spoke to them yesterday after they declined my application and requested to cancel my policy and get a refund of all my money they took after 2 years since they are saying warranty is only for 2 years, they are refusing to give me back all my premiums back, this is a real day light ******* how does one pay and insurance everymonth but gets declined when they claim.. all i want from bidvest is to get all my premiums back please . I wont sit and let this pass just like thag.
