I must pay to stop receiving their spam ?

I am on the national opt out database but still Bidvest sends me unsolicited SMS messages to my phone on top of this I must now pay the get them to stop. Totally ridicules and I will never use Bidvest for anything because of it. You would think someone in the marketing department at this company would realize that this type of marketing can only damage their brand.

I suppose" shortly"to you company means a week. Just make sure I am off your database or I will be reporting your company.

Dear Mr Edwards,

We acknowledge receipt of your updated comments and confirm that the matter was escalated to the insurer for immediate action. The insurer has requested the marketer remove you from the mailing list. I will provide confirmation upon receipt of same from the marketer.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,

Janet Marimuthu.

Yes remove me from your mailing list but why is your company using a "marketer" that is spamming people that are already on the national opt out database??? Please don't bother posting your useless generic reply"We acknowledge receipt of your updated comments and confirm that the matter was escalated to the insurer for immediate action." just answer my question???
