Ive submitted a claim with regards to my scratch and dent policy and i followed all the requirements requested by them and there were two claims that accumulated over a year which was reported to them incident(1), incident(2) and supp**** all the relevant infomation, within 3 days BOBS your Uncle! Everything was sorted out! Authorization given, no hassles what so ever. Authorization sent to my phone, dealer. repaired and very happy. Thank you Bidvest (IUA)
