I initially called in to cancel my policy which I've had for many years and never thought of utilizing it. I was advised by an extremely competent consultant who managed to successfully change my mind by informing me of the benefits of this policy. He had advised that I should continue with and utilise the policy since this policy has been paid up and has benefits waiting. He advised that should I cancel, I will not be reimbursed for what I've paid for for all the years and I qualify for the unlimited claims on dents and scratches and I deserve to be driving a vehicle that looks brand new again, excess free ☺️.
