I am blown away with how each consultant was non-resistant when I wanted to submit a claim. They were very helpful and sent me the claim forms immediately. When I changed cars mid month, they assisted me with the change with no hassles and gave me a prorata refund on the previous car based on the days I’d already spent on the cover that month. I spoke to Nombulelo Ndandeni today, she was friendly and explained everything about my adjustment to the amount I wanted to be covered for.
