Horrible service. Use other companies and stay away from Bidvest.
If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. They keep lying and delaying my claim for 1 tyre. Acting as if I'm requesting 20 tyres or something. Absolutely horrible. Definitely can't rely on this **** company for insurance. Take your money elsewhere. They told me 24 to 48 hours now it's been 3 days and still nothing
And I have to be the one to keep calling they don't tell me anything, I have to call. Horrible. Definitely don't recommend to anyone. Get insurance from their competition.

03 Feb 2026, 11:42FRom Friday, I was told it would be done on Tuesday. Now on Tuesday I have to be the one to call, only to find out all of a sudden out of nowhere, I have to wait till Thursday..
But now after complaining here on hello Peter, all of a sudden it will be done in the next hour. Such ****s. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! STAY AWAY FROM BIDVEST ****S.
I have now paid for my own tyre because I need to work and can't rely on these ******* to do as I pay them to and cover my tyre.
They said email proof of payment/invoice. I have, and now as expected, called back to find out if they received it and now the guy went on lunch.
Just like those ladies will lie and say their supervisors are in meetings everytime we have a complaint.
Trust Bidvest to take your money every month and lie to you when it's their time to pay up.
