Horrible service from Bidvest Insurance
Bidvest insurance is the worst, I been trying to claim for a tyre for 2 weeks now, sent all the information they need but they keep say the information is inconclusive and therefore cannot process my claim, however they keep debiting my account. The call center agents are the worst they are not helpful at all. I never experienced such a horrible service.
