Hassle free sign up, and claim process with the bodyguard policy. The reason I've rated 4 stars is due to the recurrent unsuccessful debit orders being processed in the last 2 months. Both consultants, with Ayanda being the most recent were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Probably the best call center agents that I've dealt with.
