Happy with Bidvest Insurance but Unhappy with Helfin/Renasa

I lodged the claim with Bidvest Insurance with ease and my claim was approved without any hustles even after my insurance expired because the incident happened while the insurance was active. On the other hand, Helfin/Renasa didn't allowed me to lodge a claim after I paid my premium a week ago the buglary because I was canceling for the forthcoming month.
