Had to cancel all my policies with BIDVest

Excellent customer service and support from Busisiwe and Mikey at the payments department. Otherwise Bidvest is a **** always trying their best not to pay out! also they just don't care or bother about their clients, the claim process is long, frustrating and complicated, it is also costly, because they send you from pilar to post, just for a mere R1000 payout. and if you don't call them everyday to follow up, nothing will ever happen to your claim. i had to cancel all of my policies with them, I had warranty, tyre and rim, panic alert, scratch and dent, legal angel. I had to cancel all of them and find other alternatives.
