Good product - pathetic service
Claims take at least a week, while the promise 48 hours. You can phone, and will be cut off a few times, and will speak to somebody that does not know what is going on. Systems sens you sms's and when you try to find out, they tell you its a system that sends the sms, and must be ignored. Product that they offer is good, but to get a claim processed is a nightmare.
