Give me a good service, make me happy

I'm receiving a very bad service, you are ducking and diving to make a payment to my claim.You were happy to receive my money but now when I need help,I'm being told stories left, right and centre. I want to fix my car, I'm not safe driving the car in it's bad state. Please pay me so I can be able to fix my car.
