***** business

These guys are *****, I had a warranty with them around 2*** promising me to repair the car mechanically when there's something wrong. At that point in time the car something wrong it was showing EPC sign on the dash and had a fun sound. I had to negotiate with the towing company to tow the car to Market Square VW in Grahamstown cause they only cover 100km. When the car was getting fixed they requested an engineering report so that they can run away to avoid the payments, they only paid half of the cost of repair the other half I was liable for it the total cost was R18000 they paid R9000 and I was liable for another half. These people are total ***** and they are ripping us apart with no courtesy actually all of them.
