Fabricating reasons not to honor a claim

I bought my Toyota corolla in July 2016 and was offered the scratch and dent policy with all its benefits which i see now is all false. Firstly I had such a battle to find a panel beater to give a quote for a scratch and dent claim as most of them do not do scratch and dent claims. In my opinion I will not recommend anyone to take out a scratch and dent policy and I will definitely not recommend anyone deal with Bidvest insurance or IUA . I cannot understand how Toyota can endorse companies like these to take peoples money for services they cannot deliver. I feel this is theft. IUA gave me the the run around for 4 months with more and more pictures for a dent on the drivers side rear door. This was my first claim since I have taken the policy in July 2016.
