Extremely Disappointing Service

I am thoroughly disappointed with the service received from Bidvest Tyre Insurance. This is now the second time I have had to deal with them, and both experiences have been nothing short of frustrating. Their service is slow, unhelpful, and far from what one would expect from an insurance provider.

I absolutely do not recommend taking out any insurance with them, especially their tyre insurance. Instead of providing support and peace of mind, they create more frustration than ease.

After these repeated negative experiences, I will definitely be canceling my policy with them. I strongly advise others to think twice before considering Bidvest Tyre Insurance.
