Excess issue
I took out tyre cover bidvest... Now that I have a claim. I am told I have an excess. Are we not suppose to be told that upon sales stage? What makes it worse is I am being told by a person from Tyremart and not them. On the sms it states my claim has been authorized. It says nothing about the excess
