Exceptional service from Tyron Govender

I called Tyron Govender (in the collections department) regarding the claim which was submitted in December 2020, but not process. Even though he doesn't work in the claims department, he was proactive enough to contact the relevant team, and assist to follow-up on my claim. Because of him, the December 2021 claim was processed.
