Excellent Service from Claims Agent (Thabani Khwela)

I am Mr KJO Kgasago,

I have spoken to Thabani Khwela registering a tyre claim with BidVest Insurance and today when I was responding to the email I received.

The guy is very friendly and helpful at all the times. He is impatient with me, explains everything in detail and always will to go an extra mile to help.

I wish he can be the one taking my calls always when I call Bidvest insurance for claims.
