Excellent Service !!!!
Brilliant Customer Service by Tyron Govender who is a Retention Consultant at Bidvest. He took time to understand why I wanted to cancel my policy and went through my benefit again in a way that I understood clearly what my policy was about. Had I gotten this kind of treatment when I signed on I wouldn’t have any doubts and dissatisfaction about my policy.
