Excellent service by Olivia mphahlele

On the 14th of November 2022 I was assisted by Olivia mphahlele through telephone she promised to make follow up on my warranty claim and she did kept her promise, aft 10 minutes I received a feedback and the following day my warranty was authorized and every documents was emailed to me and she also phoned me to let me know about that. There were few individuals who I won't name them that were not customer friendly and made me lose hope, she"olivia" stepped in and change the perception and. I would rate her 10/10.she was friendly and understanding, very emphatic
