Excellent Service by Nafisa Hussain

I would like to thank Nafisa Hussain in person for assisting me with my 5 vehicles and to get them updated and/or cancelled since the previous requests never showed on the system. For months I had to make payments on something that was not supposed to be active and thanks to Nafisa, I am actually getting a credit on some of my premiums.

Such a pleasure to be assisted by a nice and friendly lady AND one that actually calls back when she promises to do!
