Excellent customer care from Brightmess at Bidvest

I called Bidvest to discuss an issue with our vehicle since purchase...i spoke to Brightness who ws able to answer all my concerns had an excellent ear for listening to all the problems experienced thus far she was truly so sympathetic and understood our frustration. Whilst discussing the issue she sent the policy dicument wording and claim form and really assisted with such grace and care. Thankyou Brightness for making me feel at ease and explaining so well.
