I've been forced to make THREE separate trips to the tyre center, and inexplicably, they're now requesting a fourth visit 3. All required paperwork was submitted immediately, yet I'm still getting the runaround 4. The Legal Manager, Mr. Jeremiah Moodley, has completely stopped responding to communications after my reply to their initial complaint resolution 5. I'm being forced to drive with damaged tyres, creating a serious safety hazard

During the sales process, I was promised efficient service and clear communication. Instead, I've experienced: - Constant delays - Poor communication - Multiple unnecessary visits to the tyre center - Complete silence from management - Disregard for customer safety

I strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before trusting Bidvest Insurance with their tyre and rim coverage. The company appears more interested in avoiding claims than protecting their customers' safety.
