I called bidvest insurance on 24 December 2021. The call was answered by Martha Mthembu. Wow what a service she provided. She was so patient with me. She explained every detail of my policy which some information I had not paid attention too since I took out the policy. I was at the point of canceling the policy, but after talking to her, I see no reason to cancel.
