Don’t trust bidvest

One of bidvest employees drove into me about 2/3montha ago. My car was parked on the side of the road and this guy just drove into me. The company is aware of it all and said they would fix my car. I’ve been patient with them for 2/3 months now but my car still hasn’t been fixed . They keep making promises but never fulfill them. I have sent several emails but no one is getting back to . When I call they take me from one department to the other without actually helping me. I thought bidvest was a well respected company but they are clearly ******.
