DON'T TAKE THE MOTOR WARRANTY COVER. IT WORKS ONLY FOR TOWING YOUR VEHICLE

If I could give a 1 star rating I would. DO NOT TAKE THIS COVER. It's a towing cover nothing to assist with the actual mechanical issues. I'm driving on the free way into town and my car is moving from gear 5 to neutral, I'm told I need to take it an RMI dealer, they need to assess the issue and I need to email the findings to Bidvest for them to assess the claim. What's the point of having the cover if I can't be assisted immediately. The gear issue is a dangerous issue. It might cause an accident, I must dies first before you assess my claim in 24-48 hours. You can't be ****ing serious right now. If you are looking for towing assistance, do use Bidvest. Someone must call me to cancel this bull**** of a cover. I'm actually going to report this nonsense to the Ombudsman, you guys are ****ing nuts honestly!
