Don't risk with your life and join bidvest insurance

Bidvest Insurance will reject you during tough times and leave you crying. I joined Bidvest mechanical warranty cover after a consultant phoned me and explained the benefits. According to a Consultant, this covers any mechanical issues that you might be experiencing with the vehicle. Guess what, a steel pole damaged the sump of my car underneath, and the oil ran out. I reported an incident to Bidvest and a claim was opened by Thabani a Consultant who also assured me the damage will be covered. After calling VW to book in the vehicle I was told Bidvest will decline the claim. I phoned Bidvest again to make sure if my claim will be approved or not. All of a sudden, the guy wasn't sure and asked a supervisor who said " sorry your policy does not cover the damages caused by roads. I asked them to explain what I am covered for because my car has a mechanical problem, and it wasn't an accident.... Nobody gets back to me until today. Thank Bidvest for nothing!!!
