dont pay claims
worst claim service system
its been a month since I have been waiting for bidvest to pay my claim for svratch and dent they asked for two approved quotes I sent them they decline the panel beaters as not approved I asked where to go they gave me a list which they also decline these people don't wanna pay out but take your money every month I been calling to cancel they keep transferring me to every department never been disappointed

23 Jul 2020, 08:27following my previous complaint with bidvest not wanting to pay my claim they promised to contact me yesterday of which thet never did such bad bad business conduct and disrespecting consumers I an trying to contact them to cancel my scratch and dent cover they not answering if u take a policy with bidvest you are just wasting your money
