DO NOT USE BIDVEST

If you like being ****med and ****** of money, I would suggest Bidvest insurance.

I never confirmed the policies or warranties that were sent to me and again cancelled everything after 3 unauthorised debit orders went off from my account. I did not verify or confirm any of them.

A few weeks later I received a call on a Saturday where the agent offered a payment plan or something like that since my 'payments were unsuccessful' whereas I AGAIN cancelled the unautorised policies and warranty. I received a message confirming that everything was cancelled.

This morning, again a few weeks later, the debit orders went off.

After being on hold for almost an hour, the agent told me that I was informed that I could make an informed decision by 29 November, WHICH I DID, ON 11 NOVEMBER

I am NOT happy at all
