DO NOT TAKE INSURANCE WITH BIDVEST ****

Since the 7 June 2024 i have been battling with a simple tyre claim with Bidvest, First i was told i dont have cover then i was told i have cover now i dont even know what is going on , why would you claim to do a 48hr turn around when no one even knows what is going on in the company. This is the worse company to ever do business with, but if my debit order didnt go off then the claim would be declined with out a blink.I have spent hrs on the line and i keep explaining my issue and no one even can help.
