Do not bother with Bidvest Insurance tyre claims

If I could give -1 stars I would. I tried to submit a tyre claim and gave up after 3 weeks. You don’t receive feedback, they don’t properly look at or open documents. When you ask for feedback they simply just forward an email, that you already responded to, that they did not open. I was asked to go to the tyre shop and wait there for speedy finalisation and sat there for an hour like an idiot with no feedback. I paid for the tyre myself just to be done with it or before my spare wore out. Avoid if you can.
