Dissatisfied

I received the worst experience from Bidvest in my time of need. I cannot imagine my frustration if I needed roadside assistance during the night. I have a policy with them and I pay every month, but in my first 2 calls, I was told I do not have such a policy with them but I do and I called the enquiries section and was told I have cover but roadside cannot pull my details. Why should the customer suffer from your internal confusion?! I managed to get help elsewhere because Bidvest could assist within the time I needed the help! - Policy Number: A***2
