Disrepute

A Bidvest employee Mr Hermaans reversed your truck into my vehicle causing R13000 damage to my car & Mr Jerome Oliver seems to be dragging his heals on getting my claim to your insurers. The incident happened at a mutual client's premises UTI. Can someone, anyone help me get this settled please. It's been 3 months already. I consider Bidvest to be a reputable company and I'm certain that you guys will do the right thing here.
