I lodged a claim on the 3rd of September, and it is now the 16th of September, yet there has been absolutely no resolution. Throughout this period, I have received no proactive communication from the company regarding the progress of my claim.

The most frustrating part is that I have been the one constantly following up on the status of my claim via email, as calling has yielded no helpful responses. Each time I call, I am simply told that the claim is "with the assessor"—and that's it. There's no clarity, no updates, and certainly no sense of urgency on their part.

This lack of communication and responsibility makes the entire process feel like a nightmare.
