Disappointed service BIDVEST

I have been calling and sending emails to bidvest tyre and rim insurance since last week Tuesday 21-04-2024. I need to register a claim however bidvest is not responding to my emails and when i call I'm placed on hold and it keeps going back to reception. This has caused inconvenience for me because I can't use my car since the tyres are damaged. I'm really disappointed in the way you treat me as a paying client.
