Disappointed

Hi my name is P Naicker, I took an insurance with Bidvest Tyre Angel about 3 months ago, my husband an accident and his rim got damaged, we made a claim and were told, by the insurance company that we are not covered for rim damage, the insurance only will pay if our Tyre is completely damaged, when the insurance was being sold to us we were not told about this, and when I phoned Bidvest we were told they can't cover it, they have been making us run around,to get motivation and quotes but we haven't gotten a response as yet, today I called them again and they said they haven't received my email, I was asked to send it to them again, I told the agent that I spoke with today about the situation and I explained that my airtime was going to finish he said that he would call me back, I'm still waiting for him to call back, I'm really disappointed in the service, why sell the products to innocent people and cheat them when it has to be used.
