Delaying with useless excuse

On the 23rd December I was hit by truck while packed outside the yellow lane. I make a claim with Bidvest Insurance since I got information from the truck owner. I submitted everything they require including paying for the storage for the wreckage of my car. Since I'm waiting for their respond.In March I was told that they are still waiting for someone from oversee to review the footage on the truck. Today when I call Branden he advise to get the lawyers as the underwriter doesn't want to complete my claim and this didn't go well with me because I don't have money and car anymore.
