Deduct a Debit order without me having a policy

I Bought a new vehicle recently, i was insured with Budget insurance.<br> After a month a cancel my policy a month later due to better service from a alternative company with a better price.<br> I received a letter to say that my policy is canceled, Ongoing time into the new month i received a message from \my bank"to say my account is being deducted with R 2211.88"
