Confirmation Message *Business Name:* Bidvest Insurance *Rating:* 2 out of 5 *Review:* 1. Instructions on welcome letter stated to send details of claim via email 2. No form is mentioned 3. Submitted details including photos to email on contract 4. No response for a week 5. Called call centre 6. Superior attitude from call centre operator as though i "should know"i need to fill in the form 7. She found my email which clearly had not been looked 8. Long list of requirements for claim including affidavit 9. Submitted forms and addenda ad requested 10. Reponse informed me that they had not received pics. Attachments were too large for email so sent it via a google drive link with the form. I had to resend the pics on their own 11. It is now more than two weeks since i tried to submit a claim 12. I am still driving with the spare and a damaged tyre in the boot. I do not understand where the term "Angel" fits in with the product bidvest calls "Tyre Angel"
