con artists

Bidvest driver assist is a ****, i got a call in December to take out a bid vest driver assist insurance and was told that i would have a few benefits from taking this out, one being a driver assist when i needed to capped to a certain amount a year.

the policy has been deducting every month from account fail, however i have now tried to use the services twice and each time i am told that i dont have a policy active with them.

when i do call the call centre i am reassured that the policy is active however when trying to book a drive assist which is usually on a weekend i am told that i do not have a valid policy and i cannot utilize the services, leaving me almost stranded in both cases.

i am now being taken from pillar to post as i would like a refund for all the debit orders they have deducted from account since December.

stay away from these con artists!!!!
