Complaint

The warranty insurance is nonsense for me because every claim is regarded under a wear and tear. Imagine a car starter😩its the 2nd time they reject a claim. I am done with them whats the use of paying and insurance then I end up having to pop out the whole amount in the name of "It falls under wear and tear" njani? Nxa. N worst of it all Im double debited this month. Tried to reverse but it couldn't now I must go to the bank.
