Claim Turnaround Is Time Too Long

Excellent service from all the agents and very helpful information regarding my claim,in fact, they all deserve a 5 star rating. However, I do have a bone to pick with the company......I am unhappy with the turnaround time on such a sensitive/urgent item as a tyre.....for instance, if one does not have the money to make a purchase of a replacement tyre while waiting for the claim to be processed, then one is essentially "stuck" without a car. Bidvest need to seriously review their claim processing time.
