Claim still not processed

I have a problem with tyre Angel from Bidvest. I have had a confrontation with them regarding the tyres that needed to be fixed. I ended up buying the tyre. After that, they called me asking for Dunlop to send them the documentation that they needed in order to help me, and the invoice showing that I have paid. They sent a message on Monday 31stlast week that they are processing or assessing Mt claim but as it is today the 7 th of August there is no feedback. I fail to understand how long does it take them to talk to their customer. I feel betrayed by Bidvest
