Farnaaz Langry gave me excellent service after the other agent completed my claim registration, transferred me to towing services with a promise of an sms immediately and a claim form which both could not come through. Farnaaz assisted me immediately on my call and finalizing the claim with a claim form, an hour after my claim registration with the previous agent. She also gave me the reference number for my claim.
