Claim for hail damage

My car was damaged by hail last year in October. I submitted a claim to Bidvest insurance. I was assisted by Thobeka Gumede (Claim assessor). At first my claim was rejected because it was beyond the claim amount. I requested Thobeka if I can send another quotation which was a bit lower. She agreed and I submitted the claim.
