Claim declined

I booked for service and drove from Limpopo to Germiston and I found that I exceeded service by 7000km and Bidvest insurance won’t pay due to the limit and I have to pay cash. I called Bidvest to request them to pay for 60 000km and I pay the remainder the consultant refused and said I should send an email to management and they’ll take time to respond since they it’s a long weekend and they are on leave. I’m frustrated that I have to drive back to Limpopo with the service not done cause Renault McCarthy is advising that I do a major service since a minor service will affect the warranty badly and I really can’t afford major service. If it happens that Bidvest agrees to this arrangement I still have to book and travel from Limpopo to Germiston, I want to change service place to Groblersdal Ford or Toyota
